George & Dragon Apply for Temporary Use Permit
George and Dragan pub at 4250 North Central Avenue has applied for a temporary use permit to allow outdoor events for up to 36 months. The plan is to place a tent and steel fence in the parking lot on the area between George & Dragon and Clever Koi. The measurement of the fenced area is approximately 32’ x 48’-60’. Unclear is if the tent and fence will stay up between special events, if it will be removed after special events, or the frequency of special events. This area currently serves 8 – 12 parking spaces.
