Public Hearing - Rezoning of Northeast Corner of 7th Ave and Camelback

Of interest to Carnation and Uptown corridor residents, the February 15th meeting of the Phoenix City Council will be holding a public hearing regarding rezoning application Z-50-22-4 at the Northeast corner of 7th Avenue and Camelback Road. Criticism of the project has included that it is yet another 100% residential apartment building requesting a rezoning based on the Reinvent Phx Uptown Transit Oriented Development, without any commercial or retail component, and without elements that enhance a communities walkability.
