Petree Development will be presenting the latest changes to the Central & Glenrosa development proposal Thursday, August 25th at 6pm, at Changing Hands book store. Their last few presentations left everything pretty much as it was originally presented to the community. We are hoping they have incorporated all the changes requested at multiple community meetings, via email, and from the Carnation Association of Neighbors.
What they present on Thursday will likely be exactly what they present to the Encanto Village Planning Commitee, and the Zoning Commission. While the CAN development committee will meet to plan our counter presentation to support or oppose the development, it is doubtful that Petree will meet again with neighbors before the official series of meetings begin.
These "official" meetings are:
A presentation by Petree before the Encanto Planning Committee, date TBD.
A presentation by Petree before the City of Phoenix Zoning, date TBD.
A presentation by Petree before the Phoenix City Council, date TBD.
A strong neighborhood presence at each of these meetings will greatly increase the chances for Carnations voice to be heard.
