Toll Brothers has filed a rezoning application for a proposed four-story apartment development on the north side of Indian School Road between Central and 3rd avenues. As part of this process, the developer will have an open house to answer questions and hear concerns.

About the event
Toll Brothers has filed a rezoning application for a proposed four-story apartment development on the north side of Indian School Road between Central and 3rd avenues. As part of this process, the developer will have an open house to answer questions and hear concerns.
About the proposed development:
- This is a new high-end apartment development consisting of approximately 402 units and approximately 56 feet tall. The units are brought forward to the street with ground-level units having direct access to the public sidewalks.
- The parking behind for these units will be provided behind the buildings.
- The existing billboard on the northwest corner of Central and Indian School will be removed.
- A small retail element is planned at the immediate corner.
